Whitney Port attended the NYC premiere of The City season two, wearing a gorgeous silver brocade Whitney Eve mini dress. The reality starlet cinched her waist with a pink and purple ribbon belt, then dressed her earlobes up with modern pearls. A pair of dainty sequined pumps continue the glittery theme. Lovely from head to toe.
